Our 40 acre home is just north enough
to be a short 45 minute drive from the Twin Cites metro area, yet still provide a quiet and
peaceful country setting to bask in the relaxing and soothing sounds of nature, or to enjoy
many of
the possible activities we have available for residents or friends & family
members who may come to visit.
Exercise and activity is important for all, however, for persons living with HD,
it is especially important for their health and mental well-being. Individuals with HD who exercise
and keep active and engaged tend to do better, with fewer symptoms and a slower disease progression
than those who do not.¹
We understand these needs, and have strived to provide the resources and tools
not only desired, but required to provide an environment of care, compassion, and mental and physical health.
